Director of Development

Michael is a Senior Business Development Executive with over 25 years of experience in consultative sales, relationship management, and business development across public accounting, fintech, professional services, and cybersecurity.

A former Big Four CPA, he previously held senior roles in audit, SEC reporting, and financial management before transitioning to business development. Michael is recognized for his strong networking abilities, consultative selling expertise, and talent for building lasting client relationships.

He is actively involved in professional organizations, including the Private Directors Association, Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors, Secured Finance Network, Construction Financial Management Association, the Greater Houston Port Bureau, and the Houston Energy Finance Group. Additionally, he serves on the Advisory Board for Houston Achievement Place and is a member of the Sam Houston Area Council’s Annual Sports Breakfast Task Force for Scouting America.

Michael earned a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, golf, and pickleball—and (reluctantly) joining his wife for yoga.
